Instead, we were left stranded with zero advance notice. ​The host cancelled/refused our accommodation on the very day of check-in without giving us prior warning. “I have stayed many times because it’s just so clean, hosts so very helpful & friendly, breakfasts super fresh & well cooked. Ample free parking and delightful rural location within very easy reach of Ely, Cambridge, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. You are spoilt for choice regarding lovely restaurants/takeouts and sightseeing. It’s wonderful. I return time and time again.”

“Alloggiato in camera singola. Spazio troppo angusto, bagno piccolo, direi impiccato. Impossibile lavarsi la faccia senza bagnare il pavimento. Camera comunque pulita, doccia in ordine e dimensioni normali. Personale gentile e affibile. Ottima colazione. Sicuramente la camera doppia sarà sicuramente più spaziosa. Ottima qualità del sonno.”

“La camera è piccola, calda, accogliente, perfetta anche per un pormeriggio di lettura. Il prezzo è modico e se si paga in contanti si ottiene uno sconto. Il personale è molto disponibile. La posizione è fantastica perchè vicina al centro e la città è uno splendore. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è il migliore che possiate trovare. ”

“Only one member of staff who was pleasant. More of a DIY place. Once grand but terribly run down. We had attic room and stairs very steep. Most odd room with ancient furniture and fittings. Linen and bathroom clean and hot water fine, but not a room I’d recommend!! Breakfast good but wouldn’t return”
