“If you need a cheap flop for the evening this will be okay. Although the room is clean the room next door had a tick walking around in the bathroom. Our main issue were a bunch of dudes hanging out two rooms down with their radio blasting and drinking and talking loudly late at night outside our door. Keep in mind this is just a motel not a hotel and if you don't mind staying here and Saving $500 a night in State College it's okay.”

“It was nice staying in a new, modern hotel. It was hip, bright and well designed. Breakfast selections were above average and the staff was very attentive. The area was well over due for a hotel this size and was perfectly located for our equestrian event we attended.”

“Hotel was fine for the price. While outwardly attractive, the walls and ceiling were not sufficiently sturdy to prevent noise from rooms above and on the side from clearly reaching our room. The occupant above us was performing calisthenics or some other physical activity and we heard it all until after midnight.
