“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“Room smelled like cigarettes and there was urine in the toilet when I arrived. The "gym" was unavailable due to repairs and breakfast was poor (grab-and-go granola bars). No in-room coffee. Staff was nice.”

“Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant.
