“Room not available at check-in - waited 45-60 minutes. Fan in Bathroom on constant, noisy and did not do its job Carpet stained. Large fan in hallway outside door going constantly and noisy Multiple outlets worked very hard”

“I accidentally left my prescription medicine in the room at checkout. Within a short time Susan called my phone and left a voicemail message about this. Fortunately, due to her quick actions we were still nearby and were easily able to return and get the meds. Thanks to the staff and Susan especially.”

“While it was quite hot outside, the carpet in our first room was very wet for about 3 feet around the AC unit. We weren't sure if it was the fridge or AC at first, but definitely the AC. I was told it was because it was hot outside, but that makes little sense if a drain pipe was properly working to remove the moisture. Anyway, the staff was helpful and moved us to the next room, and the floor was fine. Lots of restaurants nearby. This hotel does remind me why I spend more on rooms nowadays...
