“The room was GREAT! the guests are inconsiderate of the guests in the rooms next to them, letting doors SLAM all night long, talking loudly outside on the corridor, letting their kids run up and down the corridor and stairs starting at 6am, i got out of bed and asked the man in the next room if he could close his door a little lighter, he told me…if it bothers me that much to go somewhere else! The saving grace of this stay was I was checking out the next day.”

“Breakfast was great. It was just a bit too noisy (plenty of school kids with their parents occupied at least half of the hotel). Overall it was still a pleasant stay.”

“Great location, terrible upkeep. Rooms are filthy and invested with mildew/mold. There were Bugs and black floors. Had to buy my own towels because of other people’s hair embedded in the towels. Would not allow my daughter to walk on the floors barefoot.”

“I’ll start off this review with…I was displaced due to the Garden Grove Chemical Spill. Not know how long we were going to be displaced. I splurged and got the King Deluxe with the balcony. This would be the 2nd place I booked during the evacuation. On Expedia, the photos looked great and the amenities of breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, and fitness gym was what sold me.
