“Room and building were clean. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were not. The tub couldn’t be used for a bath. Shower got way too hot. There was broken glass in the parking lot. We informed front desk in the evening but it was not taken care of until the following morning. The breakfast was a nice selection but the coffee was full of coffee grounds. The lady was apologetic. “The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but everything was stocked and fresh and tables were routinely cleaned.
Room service was completed daily upon request.

“Breakfast is alright. The rooms are okay. Everything is clean. It was a perfectly okay stay. The staff were great, dining was a great experience in terms of service and food quality. For the price of the stay per night, though, it was underwhelming. Not bad, I never had a bad experience.”

“No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. “We booked at this hotel so my grand daughter could have a pool to swim in and we checked in and discovered the pool is closed. No where online or on the website does it state the pool is under construction. Also, the air in our suite bedroom did not work and we were told sorry we are full cannot help you. The service in this place is horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!”
