“We liked the location. A lot of places within walking distance. When we arrived were checked in, given key cards but no cookies and no explanation why the gentleman before me got a cookie. I came down later and asked for a cookie and the lady said they had to get more is why I didn’t get any. Key card has a piece of paper that said breakfast was served 6-10 am. Woke up next day, Sunday, and walked past the clerk to the breakfast room and no breakfast. Was told it’s 7am on Sundays. So, we left...

“Room smelled of smoke and was so bad I had an allergic reaction. Thin walls and I listened to people arguing all night. Also since this was next to a busy road and highway, lots of road noise.”

“Carpet ripped and torn at the threshold. It was a handicapped room and I fear it was destroyed by wheelchairs constantly going over it. Otherwise, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable.”

“you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. ”

“comfortable bed, nice room and a great restaurant attached to the hotel on the second floor. The baby grand piano was a nice touch as well, lots of talented people played it while I was there.”

“The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”

“AC did not keep room cool. Room smelled musty, staff was very rude!!!! Charged a $100.00 Dep and it said nothing about it on their web site. ”
