“My two daughters and I rented this cabin for Father’s Day weekend. The self check-in and check-out were both super easy, the cabin was also clean and the host was readily available for questions. We loved floating the river behind the cabin on tubes, grilling and eating on the deck, soaking in the hot tub and the phenomenal views. One of my daughters particularly loved the hanging chair on the deck too! Overall, it was a great experience and I have zero complaints.”

“Sarah, the host, was not a pleasant person to deal with. If I could give this woman 0 stars I would. I have screenshots of the conversations with her, they are INSANE! Roads are VERY rough (was not mentioned), they arent really suitable for anyone that doesnt have a truck or large SUV. We couldn't even drive down to the water access becasue the road is washed out. Got a flat tire because of them, and an extremely kind neighbor helped me into town so I could get it repaired. I was not comfortable...

“This property is older but had a lot of things that I look for in a place to stay. It had a lot of towels, pots, pans, condiments, and utensils available. We were able to log in to the one tv with our streaming apps which is a bonus. The owner was easy to communicate with regarding our stay, which is nice. It was close to beautiful hikes and the Buffalo River. The reason for the 3 stars is due to it being very outdated along with having many insects. The rugs and many decorative pillows...

“Host was very attentive. Wifi didn't work at all the entire time, which was a little frustrating since we all had kiddos back at home we thought we'd be able to communicate with. So be prepared for no wifi and no service. BUT, cabin was nice, floors were super clean and we appreciated that. The listing says “located in Eureka Springs historic district”, has the pin on the map on Main Street, and states that it is within 1-3 minute walk of several restaurants and shops we planned to visit.
