“We were in Huntsville for dance competitions for the weekend. Luckily we only were here one night. We booked the King bed and pull out sofa for two adults and one child. The goal was to utilize the pull out sofa which didn’t work. The hotel front desk man came to try to help. Whoever used it before us got the mattress stuck and it wouldn’t properly open. My husband and the hotel desk man yanked it with all their might and it wouldn’t open. He eventually moved us to another room but that...

“Got there at 7 p.m. after a long drive. Door on office locked. A sign gave two numbers to call...called them repeatedly. Went for dinner in town. Called again...no answer at 9 p.m. Gave up and took another hotel. They would not refund either. Suggest you call ahead during the day to confirm arrangements. I did not see in the room...number of stars on those items a guess from looking at the outside. Low cost is nice as I was by myself and not that worried...but it did not work out.”

“We stayed for one night. Firstly, there is barely any parking. They have an overflow lot but it’s hard to find, and I wouldn’t trust my car there overnight. When we checked in, our initial room smelled really bad - like dirty mop water. The lady at the front desk was accommodating and changed our room. The room we changed to was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned, there was hair and dirt everywhere and the toilet had not been cleaned! I refused to shower as it was also very dirty. Free...
