What a great spot to stay when visiting Indian Lake! The cottage is so cozy, and the view is amazing. Kent was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations (sunset hike on the Pea Island trail was the highlight of my trip), and the property was even better than expected. I will absolutely choose this place again for my next visit.

Great place to stay, caught some good size catfish right off the back dock. Outstanding view of the lake and a super clean and comfortable cottage. Host was very quick to solve my problem, which I created myself by not paying attention to what I was doing. I would highly recommend this cottage and this host.

Wonderful and beautiful neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The lake itself is beautiful. Kent was fabulous with his communication. My wife and I will definitely stay here again. I couldn't believe how comfortable the beds were. I was extremely nervous they'd be hard and uncomfortable, but they were excellent!

The views are amazing! Just in case you have young children, I did want to note the stairs do not have a railing on the outside and the front door does not lock from the inside. However, we enjoyed the trip and the host is amazing. Any issues and he takes care of it. Our daughter (seven years old) caught giant bluegills! Her biggest ever. We had a blast, and would rent it again.

Overall, this place is great for a quick weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and more or less, everything that is listed is present. The only 2 things that bothered me were that the host wanted to primarily communicate via text outside of the app and that a cleaning fee was added for our pet despite not being included in the initial booking. I have no problem paying that fee, but it's not mentioned in the listing and was not included when we paid several months ago. Besides that, the house was great and we had a great time.

great location very comfortable and well equiped. upstairs was a little warm in the 90 degree days but overall we really enjoyed our stay, the host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions and concerns. I highly recommend this property.

Lake views were great.it was pet friendly. Vrbo site needs updated since bedding is now included. A lot of extra fees that were mandatory.

Clean and tidy. GREAT STAY! We wish we could have stayed longer. Having the boat dock so extremely convenient to zip around the lake.It was relaxing. Spent the days on the lake and played games at the dinner table in the evening. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!Kent the owner was great and quickly repsonded to our inquiries!Make sure to walk or boat over to Cranberry Resort for lunch/dinner.

Adorable small lake house

Great location. Small lake house perfect for couples! Upstairs is very hot where other bedrooms are so dont suggest sleeping up there. Great outdoor area and dog friendly!

Beautiful property. Upstairs space is “funky” but satisfactory for children. Outstanding deck with dock access providing very nice eastern views. Outdoor furniture was very nice and fire ring/firewood was a nice addition. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable.

great location right on the water. Very good fishing. fully furnished, but had to ask for sheets blankets and pillows. Beds where comfortable but furniture not so much. Had problem with water shutting off, really annoying. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had agreat experience. Beautiful view of the lake and easy access to everything. There were a couple of things that could be improved on. As I read other reviews I have to agree that the mattresses were not comfortable. We also spent about 3 to 4 hours cleaning up. I would encourage the owner to consider checking up on whoever is cleaning the space.Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Perfect area for watching the sunrise.

We love staying at this location! The fishing was awesome. The house has been remodeled, very comfortable living and dining room, and has all the appliances you could want. The area it is in is close to a park, a very popular restaurant, and all the people on the island are very friendly. The dock is new, and it is an easy in and out for your boat. We have rented this location six times and have never been disappointed. We will be back next year!!

No disappointments!

Very clean and well maintained. We don't have anything but good things to say about the house. But, we were disappointed by the lake this year. Last year it was very clear, this year it was like pea soup.
