Splendida Emerald Coast Beachfront Home; Porta amici e famiglia

LAS TRINITARIAS (un'altra parola per bouganville) è una splendida casa a due piani di recente costruzione (2011) situata sulla sabbia bianca della Costa Smeralda del Golfo del Messico (chiamata per le acque verde smeraldo) a Sisal, Yucatán, Messico. Sisal è una città portuale situata a 50 minuti da Mérida, la capitale dello stato dello Yucatán, e recentemente nominata "Città della Pace delle Nazioni Unite".

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla di esclusive case al mare private a circa 3,5 km dal centro di Sisal e dal suo molo recentemente rinnovato. Qui è possibile fare la spesa, praticare sport acquatici o concedersi un pesce fresco e una bibita fresca in un ristorante sulla spiaggia. A differenza di Progreso, dove scendono le masse di Mérida, Sisal è un villaggio di pescatori poco affollato e sicuro dove è possibile rilassarsi e divertirsi in un'atmosfera di pace e tranquillità.

Questa casa di 3965 piedi quadrati dispone di 5 camere da letto con vista sull'oceano - ognuna con armadi in legno integrati, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto - compresi letti super comodi: 1 letto king size, 4 matrimoniali, 1 doppia e 1 matrimoniale queen. Quattro camere sono dotate di bagno in camera con doccia e ci sono altri 3 bagni di servizio di cui uno nella "stanza della cameriera" che funge da sesta camera da letto. Se hai un piccolo gruppo, puoi affittare la nostra casa con solo due camere da letto con uno sconto fino al 20% a seconda della stagione. La casa dispone di una cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un'isola e un'apertura passante al sit-up bar all'aperto; e una combinazione soggiorno / sala da pranzo con una parete di vetro a scomparsa che si apre sul patio con vista sull'oceano che sfoggia un grande gazebo con divani integrati, una piscina riscaldata nel terreno e un'area erbosa (per rendere felice il tuo cane).

La spiaggia dietro la nostra casa è effettivamente privata e le acque sono quasi sempre molto calme con una pendenza graduale che è ancora solo profonda fino a 400 piedi nella maggior parte dei casi - perfetta per i bambini piccoli e tutti i livelli di nuotatori. Durante un dato giorno è probabile che tu veda un flusso costante di farfalle, pellicani che si tuffano per i pesci e una straordinaria varietà di altri uccelli. In prima serata, goditi un cocktail sulla Flamingo View Terrace e, a seconda della stagione, osserva centinaia di fenicotteri che tornano a casa dalla Cienega per la notte mentre il sole tramonta sull'oceano. Mentre non ti stai crogiolando, puoi visitare le antiche rovine Maya; esplorare le grotte; nuotare in un cenote; o visitare i musei, i ristoranti e lo shopping di Mérida.

La TV satellitare è inclusa con oltre una dozzina di canali in lingua inglese oltre ai canali in lingua spagnola. Internet è opzionale per $ 50 a settimana. Il servizio di pulizia / motivi è incluso. Pavimenti, pareti, davanzali, ecc. Saranno puliti, la piscina sarà mantenuta e il patio sarà spazzato come necessario quasi tutti i giorni tranne la domenica. Lenzuola e asciugamani verranno lavati e i bagni puliti ogni 3-4 giorni. Il servizio di cottura è disponibile come opzione - si prega di richiedere il menu.

Lovely, spacious house, gorgeous beach which we often had to ourselves, unspoiled location, and a charming little town. We lived here for a full month, working remotely and enjoying the leisurely pace and delightful weather. Ricardo and the crew were welcoming and extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The house is beautiful, the property manager is fantastic and the setting is perfect, BUT the house is on the far side of sisal. we knew it was a dirt road, I could deal with that but this road is pretty much washed out in many places, it takes 15-20 minutes to drive just over a mile because you can only go around 2-3 miles per hour. The cars is like a bucking bronco, to many holes to avoid them, constantly bottoming out. Find this reason alone I don’t regret this property, I would not return unless the road is completely upgraded.

La casa tiene todas las comodidades, no lujosa, justa para no preocuparse de nada. Si sugeriría que tuviera mejor mantenimiento... cuesta abrir algunas ventanas , los administradores son precisos no te aturden pero si están muy al pendiente (Don Beto) . Doña Adriana no le preocupa mucho la limpieza pero lo compensa con su excelente cocina típica yucateca de alta calidad y a un costo accesible, mi viaje fue familiar y todos la pasamos excelente. La ubicación es muy buena para alejarse del ruido y muchedumbre pero si te gusta la comodidad de la ciudad es un poco retirada pero no relevante, si es lo suficientemente accesible. En conclusión muy recomendable . Posdata: mi mascota fue feliz

Stayed at Los Trinitarios with a group of family and friends of all ages (8 months to 65 years). Alberto was a dream to work with, even meeting us on his motorcycle at 11pm to help us find the house when we were lost in town. The suggestions of tours and local vendors were phenomenal. This included a personal chef cooking delicious Yucatecan cuisine, in-home massage and soundbath service, and a boat cruise out to a kayaking spot at a cenote with fresh ceviche at the end! The setting is idyllic, super private, and ideal for families. The people of Sisal are warm and helpful. We are so grateful for this adventure and can't wait to come back!

Manager of the property was very responsive and helpful. Although there is no sea view from the downstairs, it is nice to have privacy in the pool area. Things to improve- - The quality of the bedding was poor. The house itself had deferred maintenance issues - - like a loose pool railing and a difficult to operate sliding screen door. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the oven was not operable, especially since the barbecue is tiny and delapitated. Need sharp knives (or at least a sharpener). On the plus side, lots of towels, nice lounges at the pool, lots of drinking water, and, of course, the beach. Overall, an enjoyable stay. Just need more attention to detail.

Die Lage ist perfekt für ein Urlaub mit Freunden. Das Meer direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren praktisch alleine auf dem ganzen Strand. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte eine Renovierung vertagen. Der Hausmeister, Ricardo ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat alle unsere Wünsche, Bemerkungen sofort erledigt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr gelungene Urlaub.

We spent Christmas week here and we couldnt be happier. Ricardo and Beto are amazing! We were in the midle of nowhere but at the same time a short 10 min drive to town of sisal where we could get everything we needed. We lost power one night but the house have its own power plant and we didnt miss a beat. Thank you guys. Amazing place

The house has plenty of room for a large family. The property manager is great and will do whatever you need to have a great stay. There are lots or reviews talking about the bugs here. Yes it’s true you are in a very remote location just have the proper clothing and bug spray. It is a great place to get away from everything and stroll the beach. There are so many shells on the beach so best to have some type of beach shoes.

Our group of 11 people enjoyed 4 nights at this remote, secluded beachfront house. Mitch, Ricardo and Adriana were great to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. Ricardo arranged transportation for part of our group to/from Merida airport. Adriana cooked two dinners for us which were excellent. Although you are only a couple miles from Sisal, the road to get there is very rough so you have to drive slow and it takes about 20 minutes each way. There is not a lot in Sisal, but you can get staples. We found that Hunumca was better for a bigger grocery run but it's an hour round trip. Try to bring more than you think you need! Everything in the house was in working order and we had no issues. There are LOTS of biting bugs (mosquitoes?), but it's a remote location so it was to be expected. We basically had to go indoors after sundown, but enjoyed the beach and pool all day long. Thanks Mitch, Ricardo and Adriana!

1. Ricardo the property manager and Adriana the house keeper and cook were very attentive. They clearly cared about making us happy. The food was excellent. 2. Sisal is an hour plus from Mérida and access to any purchasing beyond essentials in local bodegas. 3. We were there at the beginning of the rainy season so the bugs were terrible even with Ricardo’s almost daily fumigation. 4. Due to the harshness of the environment the house needs constant repairs, which unfortunately happened multiple times during our stay. 5. The beach was as special as described and had lots of shells. 6. Had we had air conditioning in the common area (not just the bedrooms) the experience would have been 100% better. 7. Over all we had a good 2 weeks.

This house is very much off the beaten path. A vehicle is recommended and it takes longer to get to and from Merida than maps shows due to speed bumps, one way streets, etc. but if “away from it all” is what you’re looking for then look no further. The host and property manager, Ricardo where both very good to deal with. Ricardo went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Thank you!!

Staff were wonderful. The house was beautiful. The food was magical. Stayed a week and only saw three people on the four-mile long stretch of beach. Both the gulf waters and the pool were warm.

Myself and friends had an amazing time here! The house was spacious, exceptionally clean and very beautiful. Particularly good for a big sized group. All the bedrooms and communal spaces were well thought out and well equip. The outside pool and 30 second walk to the beach made our stay here unforgettable. The kitchen was also well equip for cooking meals but the nearby town Sisal offers delicious fresh seafood. The property manager Ricardo was incredibly hospitable and answered all our queries before and during our stay. Would highly recommend !

First, the owner Mitch has been wonderful with communication and correcting the negative aspects of the house to the best of his ability during our stay. The layout, pool, outdoor area and beach are perfect especially with a large group. Literally, the best family vacation location you could ask for especially the beach. In 6 days we saw 1 person. We fished off the beach, bbqd, enjoyed the amazing sunsets and moon-- had a blast. The house however is not without many issues. The overall cleanliness was a huge issue. The quality of furnishings was very disappointing to say the least. For a daily rental rate of 338 USD (high season) we were very disappointed. Mitch is aware of the issues and states he in the process of making some major improvements and I am confident he will follow through. We would gladly stay here again once the improvements have been made and new photos are posted.

The house is lovely - comfortable, lots of space, long quiet beachfront. He and the local staff were very helpful and we had a great stay. Sisal is a nice small town with a decent restaurant and small grocery store (good for replenishing beer, eggs, bread, etc.) Thanks Mitch!
