“This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening. Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax. The staff are all warm and kind. It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do. You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...

“The best of this hotel is the location right on the beach with a beautiful pool that at sunset is amazing. As for the hotel facilities and buildings, we had a room in the area not refurbished so the room was old, not well maintained and with ants everywhere. We booked for a room for 4 people stating 2 double beds and instead found 1 double bed and 1 single: when asked for explanations the staff said that 2 double beds does not exist and that it meant 1 double+1 single: clearly a joke.
