“I never leave reviews but the service was so good I feel compelled! The room was basic but a good location for the price. The service however was above and beyond! The staff was so helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast of anything you wanted. They helped us book a cheap/reputable motorbike rental to hoi an and gave good local tips. ”

“The hotel is located at the heart of the tourist area, but you will hear all the noise from the streets. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I arrived they didn't have the room I booked for. For this reason they gave an upgrade for free. I was very happy for that. The hotel also has a small swimming pool you can enjoy during your free time. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solamente una notte ma l’albergo era davvero carino. Stanza spaziosa, semplice e con tutto il necessario. Al piano terra hanno un piccolo bar molto bello con una vasta scelta di birre/alcolici che provengono un po’ da tutto il mondo. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fornito anche una lista di Google Maps con tutti i luoghi utili (attrazioni, ristoranti, farmacie, banche, ecc). Rapporto qualità-prezzo di questa struttura davvero...

“The atmosphere of the hotel was truly wonderful. It had a charming, vintage style that perfectly matched the historic vibe of Hue. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was delicious—especially the pho, which was the best I’ve ever had. I’m already planning to visit again. I also heard that the hotel remained safe during the recent historic flooding in Hue. If you’re looking for flood-safe accommodation, I highly recommend this place ”

"Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. The room was huge and comfy, the bed was perfect and the view from the windows...amazing. Everything was clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We were helped a lot by Mr. Van Duc in organizing our trip to the tombs, and he was, together with the all staff, always welcoming and smiling. "
