97 Miami Place Lake House è nuovo di zecca, costruito nel 2019, 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni in stile ranch con una pianta aperta nella suddivisione Huron Old Homestead # 1. Si trova dall'altra parte della strada e un angolo di mare dalla spiaggia che offre splendide viste sul lago a tutte le ore! Accesso privato alla spiaggia con beach volley! Un'ottima area per passeggiare, andare in bicicletta, correre, godersi il parco dei quartieri con altalene, campo da tennis, campo da basket e un diamante da baseball. Vicino a negozi, golf, ristoranti, cantine ed è a circa 10 minuti da Cedar Point, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari, African Safari Wildlife Park e proprio in città se il Bacino della barca e l'Anfiteatro con spettacoli dal vivo gratuiti durante i fine settimana durante l'estate!

Great Location

House was set up fantastic. The two master bedrooms were perfect for hosting multiple families. The garage was fully equipped with bikes and beach toys to enjoy during stay. Best quality of the house was the location on the shore of Lake Erie.

Family Weekend

This property was above our expectations. The location was perfect, the outdoor fire pit was very relaxing and the view of the lake across the street was amazing. The grandkids loved finding rocks walking on the beach. The house was immaculate and had everything you would ever need. The communication the Trisha was very prompt and we would definitely stay here again. We will also recommend it to family and friends looking for a great place to stay near Cedar Point and Kalahari. Thanks again!!

Beyond impressed!!!

This house was above and beyond all expectations we had. Everything in this house seemed practically brand new, it was spotless, there was every kitchen appliance imaginable, outdoor propane fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs was PERFECT, the location right by the beach/water was PERFECT, located in a quiet little neighborhood. The owners were extremely responsive(often replying to any questions/concerns within 5 mins). By far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!!! I cannot say enough about this beautiful home and gracious owners!

Lakeview property

This was our second year staying at this property. It has spoiled us. We cannot stay anywhere else. The location is perfect, right across the street to the park and the private beach. The accommodations are perfect for us to stay there with our adult children and their families It is minutes away from Sandusky for family fun restaurants and activates.

Best view in the area!

Our group stays in Huron each year for Labor Day. The last couple of years or so, we had our eye on this property. Lucky us, to find it available for this year. The property and it's location is perfect. The inside is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend this property!

Family Gathering

This was the second year that we have used this home for a family gathering - from three different cities in Ohio, Olympia, Washington and Brooklyn, New York - 10 adults (Mom is 95) and a 2 year. Plenty of room for all of us and it’s very manageable for our mother as everything is on one floor. We love sitting on the porch watching the lake, the neighbors are hospitable, easy access to grocery, restaurants, wineries and parks. The home is fully equipped, just pack your bag and be ready to relax!!! We’ll be back 😊☀️

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was perfect. The "goodies" that we found in the garage were fun. The layout of the house was nice for our children's families to have 2 separate wings with grandma & grandma tucked in the room behind the kitchen. The outdoor shower was neat ! We enjoyed evenings around the firepit along with the wonderful lake views. We would like to stay again next year but our dates are already taken.

Lake Erie home at its finest

We love Huron and especially the Old Homestead area. This home epitomizes every good quality of the area: beautiful views, beach access, safe streets for kids to bike and adults to walk, nearby restaurants and grocery. It is well equipped and served the wants and needs of our group, ages 7-75. The variety of beach and recreational equipment was much appreciated and utilized.

Great house!

We met up with extended family to stay at this house and it was just perfect. The view from the porch was beautiful and the layout of the house was ideal for all of us to be together but still have our own space. I did have to reach out to Trisha early on in the trip with a question and she was very responsive and easy to reach. We really appreciated all of the beach supplies and extra large wagon to use for beach trips and the outdoor backyard shower was so nice to rinse off the kids. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to plan another trip!
