Hurricane Hole: Tour e Visite Guidate

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and willing to answer any questions. The balcony we had overlooking the the resort was beautiful. We were on the hill in the 10th building and it was beautiful at night with the colors and lights. The swim up bar was amazing! Very friendly bartender! Swimming at night with the lights and ability to get food was a nice touch. Definitely would stay there again if in St Thomas, Virgin Islands.

Loved the room and location

The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent and our bartender Mac was the best on the island. Great drinks and good company. The other bartender - Stephanie was the opposite of Mac - she openly complained about the hotel and other co-workers - completely unprofessional (and didn’t make a good drink) . When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to listen to is someone bit$&ching while you sip on a drink. This place could be a gem with some changes.
