Desert Retreat-2 Bedroom/2 Bath, sleeps 8

This well appointed condo has a full kitchen, living room, a king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 baths and a queen sofa sleeper. This location is perfect with Zion’s and St. George within easy driving distance. Just outside, you have access to an amazing outdoor water park with slides, lazy river, pools, outdoor BBQ, weight facilities, bball and tennis courts, indoor pool/hot tub. We’ve thought of every extra to make your stay comfortable. Our condo is located on the 2nd level with no elevator access.

Step into this thoughtfully designed condo, where comfort and style meet practicality. The main bedroom features a plush king bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers 2 queen beds. Enjoy the added feature of a comic-themed room in the second bedroom. This unique feature is sure to be a highlight for those young at heart. The living room accommodates extra guests with a queen sofa pullout bed.

Key Features & Amenities:
- Indulge in our community's amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, an indoor pool, full gym, and clubhouse area. Guests are welcome to use the basketball and tennis courts and take advantage of the provided basketball and pickleball equipment for friendly games right on site.
Also as of November 2024, enjoy a brand-new pool area with a water slide, lazy river and MASSIVE hot tub.

Family-Friendly Touches:
- We provide a pack 'n play, card/board games, and pool towels for a hassle-free family getaway.
Entertainment Options:
- Each bedroom and family room includes a smart TV so you can log into your favorite streaming services, plus high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.
-We have board and card games available for your use. We have a basketball and 4 pickleball paddles and balls to use on the courts.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Desert Retreat. The pool area was amazing and we appreciated all of the amenities. Our host was easy to get a hold of when we had an issue with the door keypad, and was very helpful and kind in all of our communications. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics. The location is about 15 min from everything in the main St. George area. We enjoyed the quieter location and the convenience of not being too far from the bustle.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium! From the moment we arrived, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Here’s what made our experience so memorable:Highlights of Our Stay•Comic-Book Themed Room: The comic-book themed room was a huge hit with our school-age children! The cool collectibles made it feel like stepping into a superhero’s world. It was not only fun but also cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured everyone got a great night’s sleep.•Comfortable and Well-Appointed: The entire condo was spotless, and the furnishings were modern yet inviting with a Smart TV in each room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is always a priority for us when traveling.•Amazing Amenities: The amenities were top-notch and perfect for families. We spent hours enjoying the heated pool, lazy river, and waterslide—our kids didn’t want to leave! The hot tub was a relaxing treat for the adults after long days of fun. Additionally, the tennis courts and gym provided great options for staying active.•Convenient Features: The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels for pool use. It truly felt like a home away from home.•Host and Check-In Experience: The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze thanks to clear instructions and easy access to the property. They even left a welcome gift.
