Unwind in your private hot tub or gather around the backyard fire pit for an unforgettable evening under the stars. With comfortable outdoor seating you'll have everything you need for relaxing evenings.

Room Breakdown:

Main Floor:

Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining Area: An inviting open-concept space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family meals. The expansive living area and dining space create the ideal setting for gatherings.

Half Bath: Conveniently located for easy access on the main level.

Upstairs:

King Suite 1: A king-sized bedroom and a spacious en suite bathroom complete with a stand alone bath tub and walk-in shower.

King Suite 2: Another luxurious king suite with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom.

Bunk Room: A perfect space with 4 queen-sized beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Perfect for groups. This room also has a dedicated nearby bathroom.

Loft: A cozy space for relaxation or play.

Outdoor Amenities:

Private Hot Tub & Fire Pit: Soak away your cares or share stories by the fire as you enjoy s’mores and starlit skies.

Backyard Seating: Swinging egg chairs.

Your stay includes 14 free daily passes to the resort’s private waterpark—just steps from your front door. Closed Tuesdays.

Double Surf Air Machine – Try your balance on the wave!
Golf Simulators – Perfect your swing indoors anytime.

Need more than 12 passes? Guests can buy additional passes at the beach house for $35/person/day.

Hot Tub Maintenance

The hot tub is serviced twice weekly, every Monday and Thursday, to ensure a clean and relaxing experience. Each service will take approximately 30 minutes.

Landscaping: Our landscaping team will visit every Friday to maintain the backyard.

Desert Environment Notice

Located in the heart of the desert, our properties are part of a unique ecosystem where pests may occasionally appear, despite our proactive efforts. We conduct monthly pest control treatments to maintain a comfortable environment.

Summer Months: Sugar ants may appear if food is left out, even with regular treatments.

Winter Months: Cockroaches may occasionally be spotted due to the desert environment.

While we take every measure to minimize pests, their presence is sometimes unavoidable. Refunds will not be issued for pest sightings, but our pest control team can do our best to provide an additional treatment during your stay if needed. We appreciate your understanding of these natural desert conditions.

Pool & Water Park Update

The Pecan Valley Resort pool and water park are now open. For hours of operation you will need to check with the front desk or call the resort directly. Please note that refunds will not be issued based on amenity availability. Thank you for your flexibility.

Resort Construction Notice

Pecan Valley Resort is a growing community, with construction ongoing during weekday daytime hours and occasional weekend work. Our crews strive to minimize disruptions and maintain a peaceful environment for guests. Refunds will not be provided for construction-related noise or activity. We’re excited to share this evolving resort with you, and past guests have enjoyed wonderful stays!

What to Expect

We’re committed to providing a memorable, five-star experience at our private homes, designed for comfort, not as hotels. While we ensure each property is spotless and welcoming upon your arrival, hotel-style services like daily housekeeping, concierge support, or unlimited toiletries are not included.

We provide a starter kit of essentials, including paper products, soaps, and basic supplies, sufficient for the first few days. Additional items can be purchased locally if needed. Optional services, such as extra cleanings or additional amenities, may be arranged for a fee—just let us know!

If you’re seeking a warm, thoughtfully prepared home for your desert getaway, you’ll love staying with us. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The home was pristine clean, and exactly as described. The beds were super comfortable, and the host was east to reach. It was really fun to go over and use the surf machine and hot tubs and we also loved the swings that were outside, and the game room. It was a great place and I'd highly recommend it to anyone!
