We met our daughter, son in law and 2 granddaughters here to celebrate our younger granddaughter's first birthday. We were accompanied by our son and daughter who live in the same town as us. Hurricane was almost in the middle, so it was a great place to meet. There was room for everyone,we had everything we needed in the house. Parks were nearby, the splash pad at the park just a block away was operating our last day there, so the 3 year old was able to spend a little time playing there. Very exciting for her! We spent part of a day going to Zion which was incredibly busy. We were expecting to be able to drive up the canyon as we had 7 years ago when we were there, also in March. Alas, they started running the shuttles in March and there were no available shuttle tickets. Enjoyed the carousel at the Town Square Park in St. George and ice cream after at the candy store across the street. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, visiting, blowing bubbles, reading and just enjoying the warmth! We would definitely stay again.
