We showed up to our VRBO a little after 10pm after a very long day to only find out it was double booked and we had no where to stay. We were forced to get a hotel room that cost more than twice as much as our VRBO. The host was apologetic and tried to make things right but then entire situation was weird. The house was very cluttered and looked a bit like a hoarder lived there. He said he would give a full refund (that we haven’t received) but wanted us to come stay the second night for free. We had to make other accommodations based on it being double booked when we arrived. Not a good experience at all. The host was very nice though.

While the property is on a hill and the driveway is steep may make it tough for some people, an eclectic style to the room , Bill wa nice and helpful . Quit evenings after long days at the parks.

The room was clean but cluttered, Mr. Tucker is in the process of remodeling. Mr.Tucker communicated very well with us and his suggestions for dining and activities were spot on. One thing that would have helped was the info to inform the restaurant that you were staying local and receive a discount. There were a few things missing like no towel racks in the VERY spacious bathroom. The light in the water closet needs a new light bulb or a better fixture. A lot of the bulbs were the candle flickering type not good for seeing things in the room. A couple of items that we found unlikable were dirty dishes in the common area sink and some used paper plates lying around in his work area that made the area unsightly. Overall it was is a great place to stay and see the area National Parks.

Not quite as advertised. No real kitchen or room to cook. No oven or kitchen sink, only a hot plate with stuff piled all around it. There was a microwave sized air fryer in our bedroom which apparently was brand new, and never used. A microwave would have been better. Bill was very nice though and the bedroom was actually fantastic with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Also a bedroom balcony. If all you want is a bedroom then it gets 5 stars, but for a longer stay in a home you can use, 2 stars
