The Legacy Retreat Near National Parks!

No corners were cut furnishing this lovely home. Near to the National Parks, this home is a no brainer for your southern UT adventures! With 5 bedrooms & 4.5 Baths this space will sleep 20+ guests comfortably. Also boasts a large 2 car garage and 3 outdoor living spaces. Community has an incredible common area including gym, pool table, lazy river, fire pit and hot tub!! Our hope with this space was to create the spot you'll book with again and again as your go to for making memories in Southern UT!

Home away from home!

I think the title sums up our stay perfectly, but to add on, the property was exceptionally suited for our family vacation. Ample space, rooms, beds, amenities, with great attention to detail in terms of decorations. Really was an amazing home, and we look forward to staying during our next visit! Very responsive and accommodating host. Prompt and kind! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Family getaway

Property was well stocked and had everything we needed. Adults loved having king sized beds that were comfortable in 4 of the bedrooms as well as the queen sized beds with the bunks in the family room. On initial check-in our door code didn't work but host was quick to respond and unlocked the door remotely then reprogrammed the code for us - Thanks guys! We made use of the clubhouse, pool and workout room during our stay and facilities were great. We did have some small issues with water and air conditioner freezing up (it was 100-110 while we were there) but hosts responded right away and kept us in the loop with repairs. We all agree this was a great stay and we would rent again!

The perfect trip

The place was just as advertised. Clean, roomy and the perfect location for our daily adventures. And the community pool and amenities was a great way to unwind before turning in at the end of the day. I’ll go back again.

Immaculate and spacious

Absolutely beautiful place. Every room was spacious and beautiful. Perfect for large family. Pool and hot tub very close by, but very crowded during spring break. Host was very responsive and accommodating

Awesome stay in Hurricane UT.

Everything was great! The house was a great home base to visit Zion and other parks nearby. Beds provided us a great nights sleep for our daily adventures. Our kids loved the pool and lazy river!

Great Location

Great location if you’re visiting Zion National Park. It seems like an up-and-coming neighborhood with great views all around. The property fit 14 of us comfortably and we all had our own space to hang out. Very short walk to the clubhouse/pool area which we used every day. It had everything we needed.

Zion/Bryce Canyon Trip

We wanted a place to relax and be accessible to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The house was perfect, we had plenty of room and it had everything we needed. It was just as listed very clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent host and location!

We can't say enough good about this lovely townhome. Communication was great, the furnishings were beautiful and functional. and we found pretty much everything we needed. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Really, the perfect VRBO experience and close enough to Zion to make the trip easy. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great place to enjoy with Family

Thank you for letting us enjoy your place. Was close to Sand Hollow and also close enough to things to do in Saint George. Kids loved the pool and clubhouse and wife and I enjoyed taking walks in the neighboring areas. Look forward to coming again

An awesome home base for Zion adventures

The Legacy Retreat was a great place for our groups of 10 (4 adults and six kids 10-15 in age). Just 30mins from Zion Springdale entrance, the house is huge and has great sunrise and sunset views. Plenty of room - full kitchen and two clothes washer/dryers made things easy. The pool a few doors down is incredible - hot tub, pool, lazy river, outdoor propane fire pits. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great February stay**

This property was amazingly clean, comfortable and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of pool towels for everyone. Host was very prompt with communication. Would stay definitely stay here again.
