The Space:

Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!



A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape where you can fully immerse yourself in the magnificent scenery, native wildlife, and diverse terrain. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Even closer, Quail Street State Park offers exciting adventures by way of boating, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, and even a water obstacle course. Zions National Park, one of the best Parks in the US is also very close. This home comfortably sleeps 22 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the 2nd floor family room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes 1 full-over-full bunk bed, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom on the first level.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire Vintage Desert home, including all 5 bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living areas, game room, and the private rooftop deck with hot tub.

Getting Around:

The property is a quick 9 min drive into downtown St George and close to National and State Parks.

• A flat hot tub fee of $30 will be applied to all reservations.
