Zion Village Oasis by the Pool w/ Lazy River ☼

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located in the Zion Village resort community. Where you will have access to the community pool, including a lazy river and hot tub, heated year-round. At the clubhouse, you will find plenty of room to gather, relax, and play as well as a fully equipped gym. This home is conveniently located near some of Southern Utah`s top attractions. Including, Zion NP, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and Quail Creek.

Within the home, as you walk through the front door, you will see the kitchen, living room, a hallway to a half bath, and stairs leading to the upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group and the living room provides comfortable seating. On the upper floor, there is a room on the left with a queen-sized bed and two twin bunk beds, as well as a queen room down the hall. These two rooms share a bathroom located on the right of the stairway. There is also a master suite on the upper floor with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and access to a large walk-in closet. There is a laundry room on the upper floor with a washer and dryer as well.

To enter the home you will go through the front door. It has a keypad lock that will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on the reservation. Once inside the home, you can open the garage and park your car inside. There will be a garage door opener on the counter for you to use during your stay.

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

The pool is currently open, but unheated while the HOA performs yearly maintenance to apply new plaster. The pool will remain unheated through the end of February. The hot tub is open and heated and available for guest use.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
