Perfect for a big family or big party

This property is perfect for a big family or big party. There’s plenty of space and it is well equipped with supplies. It is very clean and well maintained and in a very good location. Communication prior to arrival was great and access to the property was very easy. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Place

The home was beautiful and spacious. The only thing they could add is dressers in every room. The house holds up to 20 people, but not all rooms have dressers or a closet, so some people had to live out of their suitcases for the week. The house seemed brand new, clean, and spacious. We went into Zion four of our seven days, and it is a bit of a drive—40 minutes—but there isn't anything closer that is large enough to hold a large family. The little kids loved the pool, lazy river, and splash pad. It made for a nice break between hiking days. They also enjoyed the basketball courts. There is a Super Walmart five minutes away, so if you forgot something, no worries! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Perfect for our family! Spacious, Very Clean and Well-Equipped.

This townhouse was perfect for our family’s stay! It was immaculately clean and spacious enough for everyone, from the littlest kids to the teens. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, making cooking full meals super easy. We had more than enough bath and pool towels and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. We loved relaxing around the fire pit at night, and the kids had a blast in the community pool and hot tub. The garage was big enough to comfortably fit both of our vehicles. Highly recommend for families or groups—this place has it all!

Awesome Place for large families.

We were all in town for my father in laws funeral. We were looking for a place to accommodate all of us to keep the family together during a difficult time. The rental was absolutely amazing, and just set up perfect for us. The rooms with the bunk beds were perfect for the kids and plenty of bathrooms while everyone was getting ready. The community features were awesome. Nice Pool area with lazy river and an awesome sunken Fire Pit area. We felt safe letting all of the kids explore on their own.
