“The check in was a nightmare noone was at the desk when we arrived. They should have two desk people to help each other. We had a special request of the ground floor. She gave us key cards to 101. We went and tried the lock only to find out the door handle was broken. We headed back to the desk. While we were gone more people were standing in line. She hurried to find another room on the first floor. No luck so we took the elevator up to our second room. We opened the door and burnt popcorn...
