“Really enjoyed the Carriage House on a hot early fall weekend in Louisville. Location is perfect for visiting downtown, NuLu, or about anywhere else you'd want to be in and around the city. Clean, comfortable, open space, and an extra bed in one room for your friend who needs to crash rather than drive home after a night at the distilleries. “The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...
