“Mattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable.”

“We enjoyed our first experience at the holiday park birthday weekend stay with our 2yr old. The cabin was clean and contained everything we needed as a family of 3, from secure late check in, parking space, tv x2, bbq to a/c to fridge/ freezer. We took a look at the reviews and park map to ensure we booked a cabin in a quiet location away from childrens play equipment. We would book again as it's not too far from Sydney. Looking forward to next time. ”

“Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat.
