The well-established garden, with its covered patio, invites you to linger even in typical Frisian weather. On the first floor, in addition to the two bedrooms that sleep a total of four people, there is another quiet retreat with a desk and books to browse through. There are two parking spaces in front of the house; a garage is also available for guests. From this quiet street—once home to Husum’s dike workers, with its red-brick facades—both downtown Husum and the surrounding nature are within walking distance.
By car, you can quickly reach the sea, specifically the green North Sea beach at Dockkoog with its sunbathing lawns and swimming pier. Both the surrounding towns—such as Flensburg, Schleswig, and St. Peter-Ording—and the Nordstrand Peninsula are within easy reach.
