When I mentioned this, I was told to call a laundry service myself, which made me question whether the “concierge” service really lives up to its name. There is no refrigerator in the room, and amenities such as toothbrushes are charged separately, so considering these points, the hotel may feel a bit overpriced. “Personnel de l hotel très agréable et réactif. Nous avons changé de chambre car celle ci était très bruyante à cause d'une fenêtre cassée et de la proximité de la rue. Environnement très bruyant ( réveil à 4h du matin tout les jours par les haut parleurs des 3 mosquées environnantes...). Restaurant moyen... ”

“All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.”

“Secara keseluruhan kamar lumayan, cuma sayang banyak semut kecil ditembok dekat ranjang, dan beberapa naik ke ranjang, sehingga gatal2 digigit semut. Lalu pas sarapan menunya tidak cocok untuk anak2 karena menunya pedas”

“The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.”

“Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster, die Betten sind zwar bequem aber die Laken waren verschmutzt, und die Dusche eine einzige Vollkatastrophe, die Toilette undicht das alles permanent unter Wasser stand. Aber die Lage war gut und das Mädel was uns in Empfang genommen hat total nett. Für den Preis jedoch für eine Nacht und wenn man nicht unbedingt duschen muss ist es noch okay”
