For some reason we did not receive email on the day re pin, links in email received when booking wouldn't work so had to ring number & press emergency to actually speak to someone who was able to give me verbal info. Reception doesn't operate on weekends when we were arriving. Large room, comfy, sofa to relax on, plenty of hot water in shower. Shower had damaged base so spraying water...
