The large loggia overlooking the sea and surrounded by greenery is just part of the irresistible charm of HVAR MOOD HOUSE - HVAR SUNSET BEAM APARTMENT.

A unique combination of spacious outdoor and indoor space, underlined by the most relaxed colors of nature - green and blue, invites you to relax and unwind. In addition to the greenery of chlorophyll, and the blue of the sea, the comfort and convenience of HVAR SUNSET BEAM APARTMENT have their strongholds in its interior as well. Well-equipped airy kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and hydro massage, are crowned in the living room with dining area, where you are caressed by the gentlest and most beautiful rays of the sun - the rays of the setting sun.

Rich equipment ranging from Wi-Fi, air conditioning or TV, to washing machine and dishwasher, ensures that the poetics of the space is accompanied by its practicality, while with artistic aesthetics that discreetly shimmers from detail, HVAR SUNSET BEAM APARTMENT does not hide its seductiveness.

Private on-site parking is available on request.

We are located in the western part of the town of Hvar, near to the famous hotel "Amfora". 
Western part of the town of Hvar is probably the best residential area in town, close to the sea, beaches and center of town, with lot of greenery, and also enough far from busy center to be more peaceful.

The sea and the beach is at just a 2-3 min. walk from the apartment.

There is a swimming pool in front of hotel "Pharos" at only a 3-4 min. walk from the apartment. The hotel also offers a Wellness & Spa, including massage.

A supermarket is situated only 80 meters away from the apartments, and a tennis center is about 5-6 min. walking distance.

The closest restaurant and pizzeria are 2 min. walk from the apartments.

The center of town can be reached with a 10 -12 min. pleasant walk. To get a better idea of these distances, please visit the Hvar citymap.

Amazing place!

Excellent location. Easy walk to town, beaches and marina. Slavko was amazing- he was very responsive to any questions and very welcoming. Slavko’s property was amazing. Immaculate, roomy, great AC. My favorite was the large balcony that overlooks the Adriatic. Sunset was perfect from there. We even cooked 2 nights of our stay. Kitchen fully equipped! Modern. Comfortable. Supermarket is 1/2 block withe every you would need. The Italian restaurant above the supermarket was great too! If I come back to Hvar, we would not even look for another property. Sad to have to leave! Thank you for everything Slavko.

Heerlijke plek dichtbij het centrum van Hvar

Het appartement heeft een prachtig terras, lekker schaduw, mooi uitzicht. Appartement was schoon, bedden goed, genoeg kastruimte. Enige minpuntje vonden wij de badkamers. Wel fijn 3 badkamers maar erg eenvoudig en alles wordt drijfnat. De eigenaar is top, ontzettend behulpzaam, vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar . 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Prima plek, zeker een aanrader!

Perfect apartment!

Great apartment for staying with family or friends. Close to the beach and at a nice walking distance from the town center. We especially enjoyed the large terasse and higly rekommend ”Blue and Green apartment”!

Beautiful Views, Great Location

What a great find this was on the island of Hvar! Slavko was very fast in communicating about the booking, provided lots of good information before we arrived and then was also available anytime we needed anything while on the trip. From taxi numbers to best way to get somewhere, etc. The flat itself is huge and has all the ammentities that you will need for your trip. We stayed in the bottom flat because the top one was not available but the porch was still great and the view so lovely. The location was a short walk to great beaches and restaurants and quite/private. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the future!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable -. L'appartement est très bien situé,propre et bien équipé. L'hôte est très agréable et attentionné. Attention, il y a deux appartements, celui que nous avons loué au 1er étage n'a pas été refait à neuf et ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site, ces photos étant essentiellement celles de l'appartement du 3ème étage qui vient d'être refait.

great property with great access to Beaches, town, and shops

We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return. The property was exceptionally located close to beaches and the town with a wonderdul balcony to eat and enjoy the outdoors. Our host was extremely helpful, including passing along pertinent information with ferries to the mainland along with appearing to help us the first night when we got a little lost returning to the apartment. Wonderful experience.

Perfect location and beautiful Island!

We had a wonderful time at the Green & Blue apartment. Slavko and his sister were both on hand to help with anything we needed and were always really quick to respond to our questions. The Green & Blue apartment is in a wonderful location, minutes away from the Sea! The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and we possibly spent more time on the balcony than in Hvar town! Wonderful place, would stay again and recommend to friends. Thank you for having us!

Exceptionel séjour

L'hôte était très gentil ! Excellente communication. L'appartement avait une vue sublime et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaire. Appartement propre calme et idéalement situé sur l'île de hvar : a 5 minutes du hulahula (endroit incontournable pour faire la fête) et à 5 minutes des taxi boat permettant de visiter les îles en face de hvar. Un super marché avec tout le necessaire se trouve a seulement 1min. Les photos reflétent parfaitement la réalité. Je recommande complétement ce logement.

Kan anbefales! Vær obs på at bildene er av toppetasjeleilighetene. Leiligheten i første etg. er eldre men har likevel flott veranda og utsikt!
