“We LOVED this property. Tucked off the main road in the farmland, was such a well appointed cottage with everything we could have possibly needed. The views were spectacular, the horses and sheep were so fun to watch right outside the big picture window. We loved it so much that we talked about building a little cottage on our own property similar to it. I highly recommend for small families or couples!!”

“Very nice cottage. Comfortable with all desired amenities. Great place to get away and feel closer to the surroundings. Only caution is on warm days, the cottage has no AC and can get very warm.”

“Everything was as expected, except for availability of bathroom amenities. For this price, is it unreasonable to provide shampoo/conditioner? Otherwise was great”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The only downside was that it felt a bit chilly, and we couldn’t find any instructions on how to adjust the heating. The property is quite remote, so we strongly recommend using a 4x4 vehicle to avoid getting stuck in a snowstorm, as we nearly did. Despite this, we highly recommend this property—it’s a fantastic place to stay!”

“If you like being out of the way Afternoon Cottages is a great jumping off point for adventuring. It is well equipped and very clean. It has a great price point and very basic. It worked great for us because it was simply a place to cook dinner and sleep. You have access to all the necessities about 25 minutes away in Hella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.”
