“I would avoid staying at this property if I could. I stayed two nights over memorial day weekend. On Saturday, my key never worked to get me into the property. Every time I went to the front desk for help, the attendant told me I must have touched something with the key that demagnetized it and offered no permanent solution. This alone would not be very notable if not for the fact that when I returned on Saturday night, their entire electronic key system was down. There were 40-50 people in the...

“The location was great, so many places within walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised free parking - which was not true. It was $38/night to valet or parking was $10/night in a ramp across the street, which was a bit of a pain to get in and out of. Also, there was an extremely large wedding that occupied not only the ballrooms, but much of the shared common space and the music was so loud, so late, that it was hard to sleep.”
