Spettacolare 4 Bed House con piscina, parco giochi, Bskt Ball Crt. Posizione perfetta

La nostra proprietà di 4 camere da letto è semplicemente immacolata ed è stata completamente ristrutturata secondo i più alti standard, ha 4 camere da letto di grandi dimensioni. Con due bagni e mezzo uno con doccia doppia, cucina extra-grande con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e tv via cavo, con posti a sedere per sei adulti anche con porte scorrevoli che conducono su un grande ponte, abbiamo anche montato una grande finestra della cucina che si affaccia sulla nostra piscina di 20 in 40 in terra che il nostro ragazzo di piscina pulisce mtwice a settimana, i nostri prati estremamente grandi sono di altissima qualità e falciati settimanalmente, la spazzatura viene raccolta due volte a settimana, il set da patio è anche di altissimo livello che viene fornito con ombrellone, un sacco di parcheggio per chiunque desideri portare la barca in quanto la nostra casa è l'ultima su una piccola strada privata, sistema di irrigazione anche per mantenere i nostri prati belli e verdi, il giardino sul retro è completamente recintato per una totale privacy mentre prendete il sole e nuotiamo, noi hanno anche un ampio soggiorno con camino e un sacco di posti a sedere, un salotto ha una TV da 42 pollici via cavo e, naturalmente, una libreria hd tvDVD con oltre 200 film e aria condizionata per mantenere la famiglia e gli amici al fresco con posti a sedere per 10. È davvero una delle case meglio posizionate sull'isola del capo a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni che il capo ha da offrire, abbiamo appena installato un campo da basket da 32 x 32 e un campo giochi estremamente ampio per far divertire la tua famiglia Gli infissi e gli arredi sono di altissimo livello !!Quindi tutto ciò che possiamo dire è Cead Méile Fáilte.

Good Stay!

Our family had a good stay! There were a couple of issues that came up (no gas for the grill and the basketball hoop was broken) but the owner was quick to resolve them. The boys had fun in the pool almost daily! The location to Hyannis Main Street is great, no need to worry about traffic or parking as it is an easy walk (10 minutes)! The kitchen is well-stocked and had multiple types of coffee makers, including a Keurig! One thing to note, there aren't TVs in the bedrooms (if this matters to you/your children). The individual window ac units kept the living room and bedrooms cool and you could adjust the temperature which was a plus. The kitchen did not have ac but there was a ceiling fan and multiple fans to circulate the air. Thank you Robert for a wonderful stay!

Home was very comfortable, clean, and all the conveniences you could ask for. In ground pool was wonderful and used every day, 2 blocks from town and shops. Beds were extremely comfortable, ac worked great and large tv was a plus, very spacious home!

Hyannis Vacation

The house had something for each of our three generations. The amazing backyard is just like the pictures. It kept us all busy when we were not day tripping. The location is perfect for those who enjoy getting out and about for any reason. Numerous eating options are within walking distance. There are many shops you can walk to or a shopping mall within a very short drive.

Outstanding home and host

This home is beautifully renovated and the host was proactively responsive and helpful. It was spacious for our family of four that includes two teenage boys. They loved the private pool and half court basketball court. We loved the numerous places to lounge poolside, talk outside and to enjoy grilling and eating outdoors.

Great home with amazing back yard

This house was a great option for our family of 5 adults and 4 children. What really made the experience was the back yard, which is so wonderful for kids of all ages. Robert was very attentive and answered right away when we had questions. Overall, it was a very good experience staying here.

Good but place for improvement.

The location of the house was very good and close to everything. It was near the beach, the golf courses and the Main Street. Furthermore, we enjoyed the backyard as it was very large with a pool and a basketball court which was very nice for the teens to be outside all the time. Unfortunately, we found that the house needed some love. First of all, when we arrived the backyard was a mess, nothing was tidy… the barbecue was dirty, there was broken glass in the playground sand and there was used fireworks on the patio. We also had some problems with the sliding door. Moreover the kitchen was dirty and the was an ant infestation behind the cabinets. Despite all of that, when we contacted the owner, the service was very fast. Overall we still had a great vacation on the cape.

Amazing Week at an Amazing House

I can't say enough about this house. It's clean, well laid out, decorated beautifully, and fully appointed. It comes with all sheets, towels and even paper goods! We absolutely loved the backyard. We played in the pool every single day. We had teens and twentysomethings in our group who were either shooting hoops or in the pool. The grown-ups watched from one of the lounging areas or floated in the pool. Before grilling dinner or after going out, we would hang out around the gas fire table. When the bugs got to us, we would move into the huge living room for games and movies. Location wise, it’s a 10. We walked to town to shop, eat out, and get ice cream. No worries about finding Ubers, the twentysomethings walked to and from the bars without any issues. We drove to a few different beaches, preferring to drive rather than carry our beach gear. The harbor is a five-minute drive, we went on a fabulous sunset cruise and made a trip to the Vineyard. What makes this location extra special is the owner. He is extremely diligent, checking in regularly to be sure your every need is immediately met, without being snoopy. When he says your issues are my issues, he means it! We had an issue with the trash, Robert had the problem rectified first thing the next day. You just don’t find that kind of service these days. It was truly an extraordinary vacation. I highly recommend this location!

Amazing House

This Cape house is awesome! Having that huge inground pool, big back yard for wiffle ball games, basketball court and swingset, you almost didn’t have to leave ! Our grandchildren absolutely loved it and asked numerous times if we could rent it again next summer. Loved the big living room for game nights too! Such an easy check in and check out. Even had a bbq grill, which we used a few times. Nice quiet neighborhood. Barnstable skate park is a 3 minute walk. Main Street, Hyannis also a short walk to check out all the quaint shops and enjoy meals out. The owner Robert stayed in close contact, making sure we didn’t need anything. We rent through VRBO quite often and hardly ever does the owner make sure everything is going well. We already booked this wonderful pool house for next summer!! Thank you Robert !!

Great place, great location, great time!!

This property is very centrally located, quick access to all the fun activities we took part in at and near Hyannis. Really nice to have a pool here at the home too - would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Cape Vacation

This property was meticulously clean when we arrived. The pool was absolutely wonderful when we didn't feel like packing the kids and gear for the beach. Beautiful beaches close by though. The kids enjoyed the huge playground area every day. Close to great restaurants as well as Hyannis Harbor and everything else. Robert Healy was very attentive and friendly. I would give the whole experience a 10t!

This is a hidden gem. Close to everything, but very private. My grandkids loved the back yard and the pool. Robert was very responsive when we had quesstions or issues. We would rent this property again.

Location and backyard is everything!!

My family and I had a great vacation at the cape. This house was perfect for us (adults- 1 grandparent, 2 parents & 2 children- ages 4.5 and 2). If we didn’t want to leave, we didn’t have to, given the perfect backyard set up. Our kids played on the playscape and in the pool daily and there were plenty of toys and pool floats provided by the owner. When we did venture out, we were able to walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The location really can’t be beat. Very close to the boat tours and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. A short drive and you’re at cape cod mall with every store you need. Robert, the owner, is wonderful to work with and is very responsive. He checked in on us several times during our stay. The property was very well maintained and clean. The property is very private and quiet as it is located at the end of the street. There are only positive things to say about this house. It is perfect, especially if you have children! We will definitely be back one day soon.

Great week

We had such an amazing time at cape house! The house was nice and clean, and the backyard made our trip! Robert was amazing. He communicated with us through out the trip making sure everything was good. The grill stopped working on one side and he replaced right away. Main st is a 5-10 minute walk. If you want a nice cruise bay spirit tours has several tours that wasn’t expensive. We did the lighthouse tours. And we ate at spanky clams and it was very yummy. The adults also enjoyed some beers and Barnstable brewing company. Thank you!

Simply amazing.

We were 7 adults. The home had everything we needed, was super comfortable. The backyard was incredible. We brought a canopy and had a big fancy dinner in the backyard. Many days playing in the pool and on the basketball court. Very private and quiet block. And you must try Katie’s ice cream! Many thanks, Robert!!

Nice place!

Wonderful break from reality

After more than 3 months of staying at home it was a nice change of pace to head to Hyannis. The property is wonderful. Clean pool. Huge yard and basketball court. Four good sized bedrooms with AC. Well equipped kitchen and nice Weber gas grill. Easy walk or bike ride to Main St. the hardest choice was where to go for ice cream every night! Robert was very attentive and easy to reach.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

I spent a week with my 2 kids and we had a blast. The backyard is amazing, and the kitchen flows very conveniently to the yard so if you want to enjoy time outside with family / friends in a private space, it’s great. Bob, our host, was also incredibly responsive and easy going.

Location and amenities galore!

Just returned from an amazing week at The Cape House! You can’t beat the location and amenities at this gem. You can walk to town and great restaurants. The pool and backyard kept us busy for hours. We had an amazing week and can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the Cape! Robert, the owner, is extremely responsive. He makes sure that your stay is unbelievable! He thought of everything! We enjoyed Portside Tavern, Flashback Retro arcade, Anejo Mexican Restaurant and The Daily Paper, all within walking distance. We took trips to Provincetown and Chatham, so nice to be centrally located. We also enjoyed biking The Cape Cod Rail Trail, about a 15 minute car ride but definitely worth it. We had two families and felt at home the whole time! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful week at Cape House, the house is big and really well appointed, everything we needed. The garden is spectacular, something for everyone. The pool is huge with a great shallow end for younger ones and a deep end deep enough to jump into. The playground is wonderful and kept my 5 year old entertained a lot. My 9 year olds basketball skills have improved thanks the court and hoop, lots of fun. Plenty of lawn for other games too. Robert was brilliant, telephoned and emailed with great instructions and advice. I would thoroughly recommend this house!
