OK, but needs to improve more!!
My observations
* I noticed dust on the doors at start and till vacate... Needs to be vacuumed well....
* the system is poor and not up to the 5star dynamic.... Because, for recharge of my room key card I have gone to the reception, hotel staff immediately came to me and recharged the key card and gave to me.... OK, but the room didn't open.... By the time floor manager is coming and I asked him immediately he gave another key card !! Otherwise, I have to go reception again and come back....
*i have seen other customers are also discussing such type of complaints at the reception/ lobby.....
