Built in 2021, this stunning ground-floor apartment opens up entirely—thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows—onto a spacious, shaded, private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a shower for cooling off. This accommodation for 2 to 6 people includes a large living room (with a sleeper sofa), a spacious dining room (seating 8 to 10 people), 2 bedrooms—one with a private walk-in shower and a separate toilet—and a second bathroom with a toilet (new and comfortable 160-size bedding). You’ll enjoy a modern kitchen fully equipped with dishes, various utensils, and state-of-the-art appliances. (Stovetop, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer) Here, you’ll enjoy life surrounded by nature and a view of the island of Port Cros. You’ll be able to admire wonderful sunsets or the famous starry sky over the naturist island of Levant. A cleaning fee is to be paid on-site in addition to your rental fee.
