“A top holiday house 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the town. Parking was on the roadside, but totally easy. The check-in was very easy and flexible due to a key safe. The owner gave explicit and easy to follow instructions about everything concerning the house and garden.She was also available per phone and text to contact and friendly. “The Milk She’d is just as it appears in photos. Lots of lovely quirky touches to the decor.Quick and easy stroll to the High St where there are many restaurants. Be sure to book!I didn’t meet Jo but she was very attentive via text.If you want to stay somewhere which personality, this is it”

“Steve and Tina were so welcoming and helpful! They have done an amazing job renovating the cottages. It is so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing for families or couples. A bit in middle of nowhere so need to have a car! ”

“We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. The town gets busy in the holiday season so you may need to book. The cottage also has a very helpful guide for visitors with lots of tips and advice to improve your stay. The shower extractor...

“We had a great stay at this place, Mr. Holmes lives right next door, so just in case we needed help, he was available to us. The neighbourhood is quite, yet supermarkets are in 5 Minutes driving range or even just walking. Mr Holmes knew where we could find the places and stores we would like to go to, thanks again.We recommend this place from where you can explorer the area and have a chilled holiday.”

“The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend.”

"Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "

"Purtroppo sono stata solo una notte, ma la camera era stupenda. Non sarei più andata via. Spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Ho speso poco ed ho avuto un soggiorno indimenticabile . Non so se le camere sono tutte così ma la mia era favolosa!"
