“I stayed at that place (it’s like a short term furnished apartment) when they were run by urbanstay and was quite happy with the value. Same this time. Seems that stay more is just getting going, so some things aren’t there yet but their cleaning products smell nice! And the mattress topper is nice compared to the old one at urban stay.
Will stay again. Great value, basic kitchen and laundry machine!”

The structure is nice and innovative, but somethign strange happened: tyhe restaurant is very good, but in one of the evening I was there the restaurant was not serving any dinner or bar service to the hotel guests due to a convention that booked the full services.”

落ちついた雰囲気と上品な雰囲気で、
大変心地良く滞在時間を過ごすことができました。清潔に保たれた室内、ほどよい広さ、寝心地の良いベッドに、バスタブ付きのキレイなバスルーム、十分でした。
ソウルは新しそうに見える（古いビルやホテルをリノベした）ホテルや、やけに口コミ評価だけが高い日系ホテル、など色々泊まりましたが
数日間の滞在だし、まぁいいか、と思っていました。ですが、こちらに宿泊して、
やはり例え数日の滞在で も心地よさを
大切にすることをあらためて思いました。
周りはビジネス街で落ち着いています。
コンドク駅がどこにでも行きやすく、
駅直結の便利さ、駅にカフェもスーパーもあります。江南駅や明洞などのような賑やかさはありませんので、静かな滞在を望む方向けです。
日本語は通じません。（日本語が韓国で通じるなどという幻想は置いておきましょう）
拙い英語と韓国語でお話をしましたが、フロントの方も親切に接してくださいました。
またぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad.
Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! Se ti trovi in zona Bugok-dong, devi assolutamente visitare Museo ferroviario della Corea; prendi la metro da Stazione di Uiwang per spostarti nel resto della città.

Anche se la zona di Sam-dong non è ricchissima di luoghi d'interesse, puoi comunque esplorare i dintorni, dove troverai Museo ferroviario della Corea e altre attrazioni. Il modo più facile per spostarsi è prendere la metropolitana alla Stazione di Uiwang.
