“I had a great experience at this hotel. Friendly staff were very accommodating in making sure my stay was optimal. The room was very large, better than I expected. There was a nice gym that I was able to use also. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Gaborone.”

“Couldn’t get safe in room working, website advertised multiple restaurants but not all open. Things in room falling apart. Not awful, would stay again but not as expected from website , description or being a 4 star hotel. ”

“Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs.
