Bonjour le sejour s est bien passé. Hormis qu a l arrivee je n ai eu aucune indication pour rentrer dans le bâtiment et recuperer les cles malgre mes nombreux messages 24h avant . Sinon le logement edt spacieux confortable et fonctionnel.

We were a party of 4 adults who spent one night in a two bedroom apartment that was hardly bigger than a match box. It was a very hot night and the apartment had only one air conditioning unit installed in the kitchen. Once bedroom doors closed, we tossed and turned all night because of the heat. The couch in the "living/dining" 2 x 2 m area had lots of holes, some patched some not. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us on premises when we arrived. The hot water was controlled by a water heater that was turned off. We were lucky it was before 10 pm when we noticed we didn't have hot water and we were able to call the reception and have someone over to turn the heater on. Apparently after 10 pm there is no staff available until next morning. On the positive side: the staff on duty were polite and very responsive to our complaints.

Dear Mariana, First of all, thank you for the nice words about our staff, we always do our best for our guests. Even if we have our reception open until 10 pm, please be sure that we have an emergency phone and in cases like the one you had, we make sure to be there for our guests, no matter what time it is! We are sorry to hear that the apartment did not have the 4 sets of towels. This apartment is always cleaned and prepared for 4 guests, no matter if we welcome 2 or 4 guests. If there were some towels missing, we are sorry for the inconvenience. If this is the case, it was only a one time situation as we always inform the maids about the number of guests arriving in each apartment. Regarding the couch, it was like that because a few days before your arrival other guests made the holes you mentioned. As it is a very expensive couch, we could not replace it on the same day and we came up with the best solution we had on hand until the arrival of the new couch. Each apartment has its on heating unit for both warm water and inside heating. Cleaning ladies check, among other things, that the warm water is up and running when preparing the apartment. If guests who do not know how to turn it on and off and press the wrong buttons, this is why it may be possible that you did not have warm water.

Close to Iasi Airport - great stay
We came to Iasi to catch an early morning flight out of Iasi Airport. I booked this "hotel" based on nearness to Iasi Airport and the positive reviews and was pleased on all counts. The apartment was very clean, staff helpful and kind, bed comfortable - everything was just as I expected, and it included secure, underground parking, which was a bonus. This is not a regular hotel with full-time staff - they clearly state this. However, they called to be sure I would be there during check in times and made arrangements for me to leave the remote to the underground parking door as we were leaving early. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again, next trip to Iasi.

Very clean and well kept room, had everything we needed for our short stay in Iasi. The included breakfast was a surprise treat on arrival. Would stay again.

Amazing hidden gem
This place is a little hidden, and is in a pretty plain building, but it is AMAZING inside! So beautiful and clean. Close walk to the taxi station and good location from the airport and city center. Great price too!
