“The front desk employee was rude and wasn’t helpful. He seemed to be in a bad mood and didn’t even say welcome or anything like that. Other than that, the hotel was nice.”

“Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.”

June 5th the 1st room 103 had water leaking from the bathroom granite countertop even when the water was off along with water leaks in the ceiling covered up by terrible flat base white paint. The 2nd room 116 they moved us to had a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. The 3rd room they moved us to 321 we rolled the luggage cart (it needs to be replaced and it's only one cart for the entire hotel) upon rolling the cart into the room the bottom bumper of the cart hit a...

“It was inexpensive & conveniently located. Although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to control the climate in the room. Air gaps around the door. The A/C added more moisture to the room so all surfaces were always sticky. Generally room & bathroom lighting were bad. Exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT WORK! Charged an additional night & it took are 7 day stay to get it resolved. Next time we will pay more for better accommodations.”

“Everything at the Drury was wonderful from the staff to the room. The beds were comfortable their free breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. We were so busy that we didn’t take advantage of the happy hour, but it looked amazing There really isn’t much negative. I have to say but it was an annoyance not to have a fan in the bathroom, so it was a long time before he escape the room.”
