Ichabod's Escape: Tour e Visite Guidate

Though I knew this was an budget hotel version of Hilton, I expected basic hospitality, however I was disappointed. First was breakfast . There was bagels , muffin and cereal . First day they had some frozen packaged boiled eggs . When we went for breakfast at 7 am , it was over . After reminding the reception twice , we finally got some , but really a disappointing version (cold eggs ) . Second day mentally we were prepared for cold egg, we had decided to make best of it and make some egg spread , however the second day they said the vendor did not "supply" the eggs. So we just had bagels with jam and/or spreads. I have stayed in cheaper hotels and had better breakfast (fresh eggs , sausage /bacon , pancakes ) - but Spark had no protein at all. Second the phone in the room had a button for housekeeping . We called , and it went to breakfast room and they were soo rude saying this is not housekeeping. Bed was not comfortable, was quite creeky. In short Spark had absolutely no Spark.
