“Check in was easy and location was good, thise are the only positives. The property is extremely dated and dirty. The furnishings in communal areas were torn, threadbare, stained, dirty and smelly. The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. There was mould on one of the bedroom walls.The kitchen cupboard fascias were peeling and the handles all...

“Stable Cottage was perfect for our needs; rural location with beautiful view, a wood burner and short drive to stunning beaches for dog walks. Hosts had made a lot of effort to add Christmas touches which were thoughtful and much appreciated. Definitely would recommend.”

“The purpose of our trip was to bird the Nature Reserve. Sea Kale just was a short walk to the Discovery Center and trails. Perfect! Our little dog enjoyed exploring the narrow garden and we loved hearing the terns and garden birds. We had a very comfortable stay and took some time to take the short drive to Rye for a late lunch and stroll through town. ”
