Features one ultra comfortable Serta King in the master and one Serta Queen with two comfortable leather couches in the living room for the kiddos. Both bedrooms have an in-suite luxury bathroom for privacy with a 3rd half bath off of the laundry room.

Guest access
Along with your Private Penthouse and all the free-play arcade games, red light and tanning beds, and other wonderful amenities inside your suite, you also have access to the common space amenities of the Virginia Grand Building.

Building Amenities and Spaces:

South Lobby: Cozy fireplace, free jukebox, chess set, and K-Cup coffee available at the water dispenser. Access to the South Elevator is located right in the lobby.

Trash: Use the North Elevator to access the 1st floor and exit to the alley where yellow dumpsters are located. Use the building keypad code to re-enter: 400310#

Stairwell: The Interior Fire Door, located next to the elevator, is safe to use during the entirety of your stay. Please feel free to use that door at your leisure. It does need to be locked from the inside. Fire door does not lock automatically.

Laundry: Washer & dryer available on the 2nd and 3rd floors (coin-operated). Laundry rooms have pinball machines for extra fun! Bring your own coins (we do not have a coin machine available yet).
