“I love the staff, professional yet not over”

“Liked common areas to eat and socialise which were spacious. Did not like the closure of the dedicated nearby parking when no building was taking place. The reception staff were responsive and helpful when there were any issues. Some noise from other guests around 1pm. Excellent views and free facilities eg sports. A really enjoyable stay for 50th anniversary alumni - thank you all.”

“Our stay was fantastic, we had a sea facing room with a balcony, room and view was out of this world. We actually ordered room service for our meal which we never normally do during vacations to take in the fantastic location and view, well done Imperial hotel ”

“This hotel was a great find in Torquay. 10min walk from the Harbour/ Beach although note to others it’s up a steep hill. The spa was fantastic and even better within the price of room, you are given towels, bath robes and flip flops to use which was a lovely touch. Ladies - not only are there hair dryers but hair straighteners in the spa changing room! We didn’t eat at the Hotel so can’t advise but the tea/coffee tray has an endless selection of herbs teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Our...
