It needs modernising; the air-conditioning unit needs to be replaced, the shower requires replacement, the television is not functioning properly, and the key system also needs updating. it was not properly accessible. Very unsafe neighborhood. Staff consisting of a very young lady and a small boy, were uncooperative and could not reach the manager Bathroom not working. No hot water. Faucet broken from sink and so on. Emails and messages are not responded to
