Welcome to Purple Rain, a stylish mid-century modern cabin inspired by the color purple and the owner's love for Prince. This 1-bedroom cottage is perfect for a single traveler or couple, especially those with furry friends. Just a short trip to town, the cabin offers a fenced-in yard.
Rock out on the guitar or piano and explore the vinyl collection. The single-level home features an open living/dining area with a rock fireplace and beamed ceiling. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and all essentials. Two mini-split air conditioning/heating units provide year-round comfort.
The spacious bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a separate den area, and a wall of 40 individual window panes. Outside, you'll find a large front yard, a private rear yard with a patio, and extra parking with level access.
Relax in the hammock among the pine trees or enjoy a meal on the backyard patio with seating and a BBQ. Purple Rain offers the perfect escape in nature.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is equipped with mini-split air-conditioning units

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Check-in instructions: Please check in at the main office.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: 001904

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
