OLD, horrible!
"Horrible. the hotel is old, with old equipment, horrible food. Staff is not trained the room was not ready at 9pm to checkin food is not good at all they do not accept AMEX but the reservation on Expedia was made with AMEX card I would never recommend it"

"The place has been sold to a new owner. It’s no longer E Apartments. I only found out when I got there after making my booking online. And the prices are not the same as the new place is more expensive than E Apartments. And the staff were of no help whatsoever when I told them what was going on. ..."
