“We had a wonderful stay in Kotor at this property. It is perfectly situated on the bay to enjoy lovely swims in the ocean, a 5-minute walk to groceries, and a short distance to old town. A lovely stone home that helps you soak in Montenegro in the heart of its culture. Some highlights of our trip was exploring old town, hours of swimming, going on the cable car to enjoy the mountains surrounding the bay, and a boat ride by the hosts brother to points of interest along the bay!”

“Wir (Gruppe von 10 Personen) hatten hier einen schönen Aufenthalt (11 Nächte). Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir hatten alle genug Platz. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Pool und die Aussicht - ein Traum! Leider hatten wir zwischendurch ein paar technische Störungen (Stromausfall und kein Internet im Haus), wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Baustelle auf der Hauptstraße. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat auch immer super funktioniert. Vielen Dank für alles!”

“Leider haben wir ein unsauberes Haus vorgefunden. Am Tag der Ankunft mussten wir alles reinigen und abgelaufene Lebensmittel entsorgen. Der Besitzer hat als Bedingung eine Endreinigung von uns vorausgesetzt, obwohl die Reinigung bereits im Preis enthalten war. Vorsicht beim Benutzen der Einrichtung. Der Besitzer könnte später behaupten, dass Sachen fehlen oder zerstört worden sind. ”

“Sehr ruhige Lage, ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, absolut sauber, Klimatisierung (Heizung/Kühlung-einzeln regulierbar) optimal, toller Blick auf Tivat, Meer und Berge. Ideal für Familien, im Erdgeschoss separate zweite Küche mit Dusche/Toilette und Aufenthaltsraum mit TV. Herzlicher Empfang von Olga/S., die auch gleich die erforderliche Meldepflicht übernehmen und die wöchentliche Reinigung nebst Wechsel der Bettwäsche erledigen. Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle...

“We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and spent 4 nights at the Old Vine House. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town just a few minutes walk to the sea front. The property itself is a gorgeous old place with fabulous views from the top bedroom. The aircon was very welcome as we were in Perast during several very hot days. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a good little convenience store a few minutes walk where you can buy essentials...

“This villa is absolutely stunning. The view from the villa is amazing. Care has been taken to provide an excellent stay. Everywhere was superbly clean and tidy.Check in was efficient and quick.The pool is lovely and welcoming.All the rooms have beautiful views over the bay.The owner responded quickly and efficiently to any questions.I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.However you will need a car as there is no public transport near by. There is a lovely restaurant 5 minutes walk away...
