“Property was poorly maintained room was dirty pool was closed river area had trash everywhere. Handicap parking area was terrible large cracks and very uneven. When I arrived, the clerk was in an altercation with man that later was arrested and trespassed from the property. When I went to check out after a two night stay I spoke to the clerk who was the same clerk that was being harassed she did apply a discount to my bill.”

“Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Very close to Durango but not quite walking distance to downtown. Gym wasn’t much. The general property was sort of dirty… food people had dropped, debris from outside not swept up. But the room itself felt clean.”

“Our stay at the Durango RV Park was great! Our cabin was right on a canal but somehow there weren't a ton of bugs. My kids loved playing in the pool! There were other activities as well, we just didn't get around to doing them. The staff was very helpful and everything was ready for us when we got there. It was super helpful having the small refrigerator and a grill on our deck. Everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.”

“Everything was on walking distance especially the Silverton train ride.”

“They need to have better breakfast because they have the same everyday. And better maintenance in the rooms extracting fan in the bathroom was not working.”
