“A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option...

“Das Haus war mehrere Monate (oder Jahre) nicht bewohnt. Schon bei Ankunft war muffiger modriger Geruch in den Räumen, noch schlimmer und stärker in allen Schränken. An allen Fenstern der Bäder und Schlafzimmer fehlte die Gaze, die Mücken waren unerträglich. Im Erdgeschoss waren Ameisen in allen Zimmern. Der Fernseher ging überhaupt nicht, das WLAN war von äußerst schlechter Qualität. In einem Badezimmer fehlte die Duschtür komplett. Die Tochter vom Besitzer hat sich alles angeschaut, geändert...

“Probably the best villa we have ever stayed in. The views are unbelievable - the pool is amazing. The villa itself is large, well-equipped with amazing views. Whichever window or French doors you look out of you see a beautiful framed view of the Corfu Straits. The pool is a large infinity pool. Sue was on hand whenever needed and was super helpful. Will definitely be coming back"!”

“This villa is gorgeous. We loved the walking path through the old olive trees down to the beach. The pool was very refreshing. The hot tub is nice but it only gets lukewarm, which was ok but if you are used to a HOT tub you may be disappointed. The house has stunning views and nice spaces to enjoy. ”

“We stayed at the Throubi villa for one week as a group with an infant. The villa is one of 5 modern villas in the village of Kouramades which is a quiet village in the hills of Corfu. The villa is 15 minutes drive from the airport and Corfu town, and several beaches are within 10 minute drive away. The village itself is quiet with a couple of restaurants. “Our extended family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this villa. The pool was beautifully maintained and the pool kitchen area was a great place for family to eat, drink and socialise. The bedrooms and living areas were clean and we were supplied with fresh bedding and towels on a regular basis. Basic food shopping supplies were available within easy walking distance and we enjoyed sampling the meals in the local taverns. We would definitely consider coming again.”
